Fire-places.com offers free deliver to addresses in mainland UK only*. Upon receiving your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient time of delivery. On average, it takes two weeks to receive your goods from the date of purchase.

For security reasons it is required that someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. Deliveries will be made to the address specified on the order unless you arrange otherwise. We can deliver to an alternative address provided someone is present to receive and sign for the goods.

You are responsible to return the goods at your cost and in its original condition with packaging. If the product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery we will replace the product or offer a full refund and collect at no charge.

The above does not apply if the fireplace has been installed or the product has been damaged through accident, neglect, misuse, unauthorised alteration or attempted repair to the product.

All products purchased at fire-places.com come with a 12 Month Manufacturers Guarantee.
