Performance
Vantage utilises a full depth fuel bed that develops a red-hot furnace like glow reaching core temperatures of up to 1000°c. The ceramic liner in the main firebox radiates the generated heat back into the room. Making efficient use of captured heat that would otherwise be lost up the chimney

Choice of features
The Legend Vantage's versatility has to be a key feature of this appliance with so many options, including high or low level controls, brass, black or chrome trim, smooth or brick effect back and a choice of fronts. Vantage is also available with coal, log and beach coal fuel bed options.

Applications
The vantage suits both class I (7", 175mm) and class II (5", 125mm) flues. Vantage can also be fitted to pre-cast flue situations providing the surface area of the flue is at least equal to that of a 5" (125mm) flue system. The standard 16" version can be fitted without the need for additional room ventilation. With the new low Lintel version the Vantage will now suit most fireplace applications. The 18" Vantage has been developed with performance in mind. Whilst the output is creditable 4.6KwH the installation does require additional room ventilation but it's a small price to pay for such an impressive performance.

Alternatives
Vantage also has a power flue alternative for those new homes without chimneys or older properties where the flue is no longer of sound integrity. All you need is an outside wall to site the Turbo Vantage. All the Vantage options are available with the exception of slide control.
